Terms of Use

Last updated 30 June 2026

This website, the SCUA documentation, and the in-browser playground (together, the “Site”) are operated by Unabated Games Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Ownership and intellectual property

SCUA — including the language, its compiler and runtime, the documentation, this website, and all related software and content — is owned by Unabated Games Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. © 2026 Unabated Games Ltd. All rights reserved.

SCUA is not open source. No licence to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of SCUA or any part of the Site is granted, except where we have agreed in writing. You may view the documentation and use the playground for personal evaluation and learning; nothing on the Site transfers any ownership or grants any licence beyond that limited, revocable permission.

2. The playground

The playground compiles and runs SCUA code entirely within your own browser using WebAssembly. Code you enter is executed locally and is not sent to or stored on our servers. You are responsible for any code you run and for ensuring you have the right to use it. The playground is provided for evaluation and learning only.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it to break any law or infringe the rights of others.

4. No warranty

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that code run in the playground will behave in any particular way.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unabated Games Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes relating to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
